Dialogues on Education – Stocker Fdn. Focus on Literacy

Literacy is the foundation of learning, and that is the new focus of philanthropy at the Stocker Foundation.   Such emphasis can have particular impact in primary grades.  Executive Director Patricia O’Brien describes the foundation and its programs in this vital area to Bob Tayek in this edition of “Dialogues.”
